Our Pricing

Tailored, outcome-focused pricing

Every home and project is different. We offer both outcome-based pricing and flexible time-based support, depending on what suits your project best. We scope each space and provide a clear, outcome-focused price. You’ll know what’s included, what it achieves, and how long it will take, without watching the clock. Our price is going to be reflective of your needs, not a stopwatch. Pricing is loosely based off time and effort to complete, but any extended time to complete will be on us, not you. This ensures that we can make revisions to achieve the perfect outcome, without incurring additional costs.

Hybrid outcome-based (most common)

Time-based support

$85 per hour, per organiser
  • You define the time budget (e.g. 2–6 hours)
  • We prioritise the most impactful work first
  • Flexible focus across one or multiple areas
  • Ideal when budget or time is the main constraint

Minimum 2 hours. For larger spaces or full systems, our tailored, outcome-based pricing usually offers better value and clearer results.

How we work

Depending on the scope and complexity of your project, we may work as a two-person team. This allows us to collaborate in real time, make decisions efficiently, and complete work faster, achieving the same outcome in less overall time than working solo.

Pricing is always clear and agreed upfront. Whether we work as one organiser or two, our focus is on delivering the best possible result as efficiently as possible.
